Identity

In short about myself: I am born 23 November 1972, and brought up, in the small land of the Writer H.C.Andersen, the Philosopher Soeren Kierkegaard, LEGO toys, the cruel and horrifying Vikings. – Denmark is the land. The small monarchy, populated with only 5,5 million (nearly all blonde) people, and the creator of "Probably the best beer in the World".

In 1996, I graduated in Media Design BA (Hons), from Teeside University in Great Britain. This is a combined Photo-Journalism and Journalistic degree, specialised in international Journalism and Photo journalism. During my studies in England, I was in an internship at the Indian magazine India Today in New Delhi.

During my career as freelance Photo-Journalist, I have been working with The Daily Record in Scotland, News Team International in Birmingham and Westfallische Rundschau in Germany. I am mainly concentrating on sport, fashion, news and feature stories. During my time in Britain, I was a member of the NUJ (National Union of Journalists). Today I am a member of the Danish Union of Journalists.

As a graduate of journalism and illustrative journalism and being an extraverted creative thinker of a progressive, media-obsessed, high-flying generation, I find the ability to be the first with the global news outcome, as one of the most important part of the modern informative media, in an environment with a strong digital, satellite and wireless communications. A modern media environment created by success hungry media and technology giants, people as Bill Gates, Michael Bloomberg and Ted Turner - All of them well-knowing of a gold filled media market with 24 hours CNN, MSNBC, BBC and World Wide Web

The only important determinant in the news business is to follow the daily turn of events and be the first with the story.
